Our client:
Our Client is an independent European Facility Management leader who manage all aspects of Property Services (TFM) within the blue chip/commercial sector.Purpose of role:
They’re currently going through a significant period f growth and now need to secure a successful Regional Director to manage their Southern Portfolio.
You will be responsible for the management and direction of the operations of the business across specific sites to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, growth, innovation and compliance with all legislation, and to operate as part of the senior management team.
Main responsibilities:
- To work in conjunction with the senior management team to manage and lead the business and to provide leadership/direction and management to employees within area of responsibility.
- To undertake budgetary, and profit and loss and working capital management responsibility across contracts within the area of responsibility.
- To develop and nurture client relationships and be responsible for client satisfaction within area of responsibility.
- To provide and introduce innovation, and promote best practice within the provision of services.
The ideal candidate must have operational Facilities Management experience and ideally will have;
- At least 3 years experience at senior operations level.
- At least 5 years FM experience
- Excellent people management skills
- Budgeting/Financial Skills
- IT skills – Microsoft Office
- Innovative approach
- Ability to develop new business
- Team player
Able to share/develop ideas
