An excellent opportunity is available to work on a leading Education project in Yorkshire. Working for a market leading and reputable provider and responsible for managing an existing portfolio of properties and also new sites, which are due to be mobilized in 2010. Leading a team of experienced staff and responsible for giving direction and advising on personal development. Managing P&L, budgets and maintaining a relationship with the client. Ensuring best practice and complete strategic delivery of all facilities and projects. To be successful, you will ideally have experience at senior operational level within a PFI or BSF project.
