Leading UK construction organisation seeks FM Manager to take responsibility for all PFI and BSF bids within the South East. Reporting directly to the senior bid manager, you will form a vital part of a small but successful PFI Bid Team

Duties will include; planning the bid programme for each bid to ensure interim and final bid deadlines are achievable and prepare the bid budget, ensuring effective budgetary control. You will plan and co-ordinate bid specific involvement from support disciplines including commercial, life cycle, design and external contractors whilst being responsible for the bid responses to PQQ, ITPD, ITCD, and ITSFT for submission.

Ideally, you will have previous facilities management bid experience, have exposure to PFI and BSF and be comfortable presenting at a senior level. Experience of managing multiple bids at the same time and a full knowledge of hard and soft services would be advantageous. Excellent written skills required.
