Can you help Hounslow become the first London Borough to implement a Highways Maintenance PFI?
Hounslow is seeking a Project Manager with proven skills and qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent) to work closely with the Project Director and Project Team to deliver over £200m investment in the local highways network. The project will include everything from carriageways and footways to bridges, watercourses and trees.
You will need excellent communication skills and experience of large procurements (preferably PFI/PPP), project planning, risk management and mitigation. You will be working with advisers, consultants and private sector bidders using IT systems and packages handling commercially sensitive information.
