Glass ceilings preventing you from achieving your true goals? Then if you are with a leading consultancy, have a track record of success in the Education sector, and wish to play a key part in developing this area of the business, this could be the challenge you need.

Our client is a niche consultancy with a track record of successfully managing construction projects varying in size and complexity, providing consultancy services to clients within the private and public sector. They now seek a Director to lead their Education sector team within their Project Management division.

The individual will work closely with an inspirational Managing Director whose track record is second to none in the industry. You will build and expand this part of the business, playing a key role in winning and delivering the business.

You will be professionally qualified, with experience of leading construction and property projects. Currently working in a leading consultancy, or possibly with a client organisation, you will have an excellent track record of business development and project delivery. You must have experience within one or more of the areas of schools, further and higher education with the relevant expertise in PFI/PPP, BSF, LSC etc to financial close and beyond to completion. You must have a sound knowledge of advising public sector clients and leading project teams, with the technical knowledge and skills to be regarded as an expert within your field.

You will thrive on challenges and automatically anticipate and fulfill your clients’ requirements. Naturally entrepreneurial, you will be passionate about the service you provide and possess the enthusiasm and drive to deliver what is expected and to develop the business.
