Three remain for London trust SEP

8 February 2017 South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust has revealed its shortlist for its £160m strategic estates partnership (SEP) contract.

Three teams remain in the running, after Macquarie and Kier; Notting Hill Housing Trust with Mace; and STEP (Kajima Partnerships and Sir Robert McAlpine) were selected to move forward to the next phase.

The announcement means that Lendlease; Skanska & Barratt Developments; and the Vinci, Telereal Trillium & One Housing Group team have all been dropped from the process, after making the longlist that was published in September last year.

Under the plans, a winning team will be chosen this summer, and will be tasked with delivering two new hospitals at both the Springfield and Tolworth sites.
