Two shortlisted for Dorset SEP

13 April 2017 Two teams have been shortlisted for Dorset County Hospital NHS Trust’s strategic estate partnership (SEP), Partnerships Bulletin understands.

Amber and a Prime/Interserve team have been shortlisted for the deal, which was tendered in December last year.

The two teams will now fight it out for the contract to establish a joint venture that will provide strategic advice and guidance, as well as design, build, finance, maintain and operate schemes on the trust’s estate.

Meanwhile, a decision on a preferred bidder for the joint SEP between the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has been delayed until the end of April.

A Prime/Interserve joint venture is competing with Ryhurst for that deal and a decision had been expected imminently, but that has now been pushed back.
