Clubfinance adds FCC PPP expert

16 May 2017 Financial adviser Clubfinance Project Finance has appointed an expert in raising finance for PPP schemes as a senior manager.

Stephen Quinn has arrived from waste management investor, FCC Environment, and has 23 years’ experience in the PPP and PFI space. Over the course of his career, Quinn has worked across energy, waste, rail and tram sectors on PPP and PFI projects.

His appointment expands Clubfinance’s experience by extending it into the waste sector.

“Stephen brings additional experience to our advisory team who have worked across waste, biomass and energy generation,” said Clubfinance Project finance director Neil Rutledge.

“I plan to bring my years of experience in project finance to bear on the business, helping to explore new opportunities where Clubfinance Project Finance could provide valuable services,” added Quinn.
