Capita Symonds team moves
The three-strong team has arrived at due diligence and insolvency company, Naismiths.
Davies joined Capita Symonds in 1996 and had been the director of its specialist PFI/PPP advisory team. He also co-led the company’s Scottish project management and technical adviser team.
He has now become a director at Naismiths’ Glasgow office, where he and two other members of staff will continue to work on partnerships projects, technical due diligence and bank monitoring.
A spokesperson for Capita Symonds said it will continue to provide technical advisory services, pointing out its team has recently been strengthened by the acquisition of Northcroft.
However, a source suggested the firm would not have the capability to carry out bank technical due diligence for accommodation projects, although will still be active in the road and rail sectors.
