Project name: UK: Mersey Gateway Crossing Project
Project description:

Design, build, finance, maintenance and operation of a new tolled bridge crossing of the river Mersey in Halton, between the towns of Runcorn and Widnes.

The project includes associated works and services, including the design, supply, installation and operation of tolling services on both that crossing and on the existing Silver Jubilee Bridge, the construction of approach roads on the north and south side of the river and other ancillary works.

A £260m bond, backed by the UK Guarantee scheme, will help finance the deal.
