Project description:

The Brunswick Private Finance Initiative (PFI) will modernise 600 council homes, 522 high quality new homes will be built to rent or buy and the layout of the neighbourhood improved to create well kept roads and safe open spaces. In addition, a new local housing office, a 60-bed sheltered accommodation facility and shops will also be built.

The investment will transform part of Ardwick about a mile from the city centre, south of the Mancunian Way between Upper Brook Street and Ardwick Green.
