Project description:

The trust is seeking a private partner to redevelop the Bicester Community Hospital in Oxfordshire.

Finance, design, construct, and maintain new buildings which are suitable for accommodating: a)an ambulatory care facility (including outpatient clinics, out of hours service/minor injuries unit and diagnostics) for the PCT; and b)a 12-bedded sub-acute unit for the PCT.
