Project description:

Torbay Council is seeking a partner to carry out redevelopment work on several sites across the English Riviera. The council will provide land in Torquay, Paignton and possibly Brixham, with the private sector partner putting in cash to kickstart regeneration work.

19/04/2012: The authority confirmed it will not be going forward with its Local Asset Backed Vehicle (LABV) procurement, following recommendations by the Torbay Development Agency (TDA) board.
