Project description:

Delivery of a comprehensive redevelopment of the former Lancaster Moor Hospital Annexe site, off Quernmore Road to the west of Lancaster City Centre. The project involves:

- Refurbishment and Restoration of Grade II listed Annexe Building (including Campbell House)and listed curtilage buildings for residential, commercial, office, retail, leisure, hotel, care/nursing homes, assisted living and food and drink facilities

- Construction, in the parkland area, of new buildings for residential, commercial, office, retail, leisure, hotel, care /nursing homes, assisted living and food and drink facilities,

The contracting authority will consider adopting the principle of ‘the buy now pay later’ approach in relation to land sales and the potential funding of up to £3m.

Deadline for requests to participate is on 20 February 2012.
