| Project description: | The Council is seeking a development partner to regenerate commercial buildings at Churchill Place (Opportunity Site G) in Bromley Town Centre. It is currently envisaged that this phased development will comprise a mixed use scheme to include up to 20 000 square metres (gross floorspace) of commercial development and around 1,180 residential units and associated community and leisure facilities. Time limit for requests to participate is on 7 September 2012. |
