| Project description: | Design, construct, finance and or operate an additional 1 200 units of student accommodation on or adjacent to the University of the West of England's main Frenchay campus. The scheme will be built in three phases of about 400 over the next 2-5 years starting in 2013. The proposed development will need to offer variety as an alternative to traditional 6 cluster flats. This may include town house, dormitory and studio style accommodation. |
