Project name: GATESHEAD LABV
Project description:

Regenerate an area of Gateshead through a local asset-backed vehicle (LABV). The scheme, to be delivered on 19 sites across the authority, involves the building of 2,400 houses for both private sale (1,800 units) and affordable housing (600 units); and new community facilities.

The first package of three sites seeing the development of 318 homes, 55 of which will be for affordable tenures.
