Project description:

The creation of a new campus for the University of Northampton on the Avon Nunn Mills site in Northampton.

The new campus will be the first part of a major regeneration programme at the site, which will comprise a mixed-use development to include up to 20,000 sq m (gross) of commercial development, with future phase(s) to comprise around 1 250 residential units and associated neighbourhood facilities and ancilliary retail/commercial facilities.
