Project Information
Project name: LIVERPOOL BIO INNOVATION CENTRE PROJECT
Project description:

Deliver a new Bio Innovation Centre as a state-of-the-art commercial scale laboratory space. The five-storey facility will be built on a 10 hectare site in the ownership of The Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospitals Trust with full planning permission for commercial and research development.

Authority is now looking to gather information from the market to take a decision on the procurement model, whether using a local assets backed vehicle or Procure 21+, a restricted negotiated procedure. Responses to the market testing questionary should be sent before 30 April 2012.
