Designing, building, maintenance, financing and provision of accommodation for the National Institute for Health and Environment in Utrecht (on the Science Park Utrecht).
The size of the new building is approximately 60,000 sq m, excluding parking and storage, with the possibility of extension. It will house 1,450 employees.
