Project name: SCOTLAND KILMARNOCK COLLEGE NEW CAMPUS
Project description:

Design, build, finance and maintain a new Kilmarnock College campus at a site in Hill Street site in Kilmarnock town centre. The college will be funded through the non-profit distributing (NPD) model.

Appointment of the successful bidder is expected in the first quarter of 2013.
