Project name: Canada: Erinoak Kids Centre
Project description:

The Erinoak Kids Centre for Treatment and Development project will deliver three centres across the state under the country’s design, build and finance model, providing new facilities for special needs children.

Brampton will act as the main centre, covering 160,000sq ft, while smaller 62,000sq ft centres will be built in Missisauga and Oakville. 

Currently the largest of Ontario’s 20 existing development centres, the new centres will replace the current Erinoak Centre and will treat up to 13,000 children annually.
