Project name: US: Texas North Tarrant Express - I35W portion
Project description:

A private consortium will oversee the design, construction, operation and financing of the project, which will see a 10-mile extension of the highway covering parts of the I-35W and the IH-820 in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

TxDOT has rubber-stamped the deal with Cintra-led consortium NTE Mobility Partners Segments 3 LLC, which also includes Ferrovial, Meridiam infrastructure and the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System.
