|Project description:||Bangor University has reached financial close on its £30m student accommodation programme with the preferred bidder. The consortium comprising Cityheart, which is leading the project, plus Vinci and CRM, will deliver 600 new rooms on the university’s St Mary’s campus.
Work on the new buildings is set to be completed in time for the new academic year in September 2015. The scheme will also allow Bangor to close 200 old rooms that are no longer fit for purpose.
