A NHS trust in Bristol is seeking a private partner to design, build, finance and operate (DBFO) a car park.
The £50m DBFO contract tendered by the University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust includes the demolition and construction of a 820 space multi-storey car park and 400 space secure cycle store.
The 25-year contract is to include provision of temporary parking and operation of the car park.
Responses are due 25 May with invitations to tender expected 06 June.
