Project Information
Project name: UK: Chester & Wirral SEP
Project description:

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust have launched a joint tender for a strategic estates partner (SEP).

Under the plans, a private partner is being sought to deliver a range of services across both sites, including master planning; estates rationalisation; capital programme planning; raising finance and investment; strategic service transformation planning; and also the procurement and project/contract management of potential new projects.

A joint venture is expected to be created between the trusts and private partners to deliver the programme. The joint venture will run for 10 years, with the potential to extend it for a further five. The potential value of capital projects and refurbishments could be up to £120m.

Interested parties have until midday on 15 November to respond to the contract notice.
