Project description:

The tender is seeking a private partner to redevelop the Stockwell Gate North site in Mansfield town centre.

Under the plans, the development will see the creation of a mixed use scheme on the site of the town’s former bus station and which is currently used as a temporary car park.

The authority is undertaking a two-stage procurement process, with the first phase seeing marketing and initial proposals being sought, before the second phase sees the procurement move into competitive dialogue and final submissions.

The deadline for the receipt of tenders has been extended from 17 March to 31 March.
