Project Information
Project name: UK: University of Trinity Saint David mixed-used development
Project description:

The University of Trinity Saint David in Swansea is looking for a joint venture partner to develop 23 acres at the SA1 Swansea Waterfront site.

Eight acres will be reserved for academic development. The rest of the site is to be part of a £185m joint venture agreement between a private partner and the university, with plans for the land to be used for residential and commercial purposes.

The university's immediate plans are to develop a ‘Box Village’ comprising incubation, co-working and early stage business space alongside retail, leisure and event space.

The university plans to create a special purpose vehicle with the private partner that will inject funding into the developments, plus share in any profits from completed projects.

Interested parties have until midday on 8 September 2017 to submit bids.
