Project name: UK: Bath regeneration scheme
Project description:

Bath and North East Somerset Council is looking for a private partner to redevelop a 5.4-acre waterfront site under a contract that will run for an initial five years, with the potential to extend for a further five.

The partner will be responsible for master planning, designing, enabling infrastructure provision, and completing planning applications for the site, among other tasks.

It will also take responsibility for funding and financing the development, as well as asset management of the site.

The deal has the potential to be worth up to £150m.

Interested parties have until 11am on 12 September 2017 to submit requests to participate, with invitations to tender expected to be issued on 27 October.
