Project Information
Project name: UK: Stanmore NHS accommodation blocks
Project description:

The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) NHS Trust has issued a prior information notice revealing the need for the two new blocks, which will provide 60 bed spaces and 72 bedrooms on its existing site on Brockley Hill, Stanmore.

As well as looking after the two new blocks once built, the trust is planning for the successful partner to manage and maintain a third existing block.

RNOH is looking for the private party to build, own and manage the accommodation, potentially under a design, build, finance and operate contract. The blocks are to be completed by February 2019.

The partner would also lease the buildings for around 100 years directly to the hospital's staff in the first instance.

Interested parties have until 21 July 2017 to give feedback on the plans, and the trust expects to launch he contract notice on 11 October.
