Project name: UK: Wirral regeneration JV
Project description:

A Wirral Borough Council in Merseyside is seeking a partner to form a long-term corporate joint venture property vehicle.

The Wirral Growth Company will secure investment and expertise to deliver property regeneration and asset transformation strategy.

The project will deliver new office, business, retail and leisure developments; industrial and commercial developments; infrastructure; housing and residential accommodation; extra care housing; public realm; community facilities; and hotels.

It may also involve maintaining and managing assets for the council or in partnership with the council for a long-term revenue stream.

The opportunity will focus on council owned sites throughout the borough and potentially other sites acquired by the council (including through the JV).

The partner will undertake development and provide services including master planning; strategic development consultancy advice, environmental consultancy advice; technical and building services; architectural design; urban design and landscaping; land assembly; physical construction and development, marketing and disposal of development assets; energy generation; and asset maintenance and management services.

Bilfinger GVA and Bevan Brittan are providing advice on a range of delivery structures. 

Expressions of interest are due by 21 August 2017.
