California housing P3 RFP released

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) has released a request for proposals (RFP) on its Restorative Care Village Supportive Housing P3 project.

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) has released a request for proposals (RFP) on its Restorative Care Village Supportive Housing P3 project.

Under the plans, a private partner will design, build, finance, operate and maintain a 300 unit, five building housing village in the Lincoln Heights neighbourhood of Los Angeles.

At least 120 of the units of the development will be used to help address chronic shortages of housing for vulnerable populations including the homeless, institutionalized, and mentally ill.

Proposals must be submitted by December 22, 2021. A pre-proposal meeting will take place on October 26, 2021 – with registrations due today.
