Richard A. Fineman has rejoined the firm, having spent two years at rival Blank Rome.
Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Fineman will continue his focus on coordinating, structuring, negotiating, documenting, and administering the real estate and project finance components of multi-faceted, large-scale development projects.
Fineman has covered a wide range of sectors, including military housing, student housing, renewable energy, stadium, port-related, and privatization projects.
Welcoming him back, Dominic J. De Simone, co-chair of the firm’s finance department, said Fineman is “ideally suited for this critical role, which will combine his extensive real estate and finance experience to serve clients across a wide range of project finance, P3, and real estate development projects on a national scale”.
The announcement follows just a day after Ballard Spahr unveiled former Nossaman attorney Donna Brady as part of its P3 team based in Los Angeles.
