Bethany Care Society has released a request for expressions of interest on a new care facility in Calgary.
The authority, One of Calgary’s leading care providers, is looking for a joint venture P3 to deliver a new 400 bed, best in class facility.
The CAD$160m development will be delivered through a design, build, finance, operate and maintain model, and will also provide opportunity for residential and commercial revenues to be collected.
Responses are due November 9, 2020.
