On behalf of ProInversion, Peru’s private investment promotion agency, the World Bank has released a tender for legal consultants to assist on a number of school packages.
According to the tender, four consortiums have recently approached ProInversion with proposals that would deliver packages of schools in Lima – and following this the agency is seeking help from the IFC in bringing these packages to the market.
The bundles will be delivered through the design, build, finance, operate and maintain model.
The winning consultants will join a team of advisors working under the IFC, who is leading the projects’ procurement.
Responses are due 19 October 2020.
