Rick Lanoha, president and chief operating officer at Kiewit, will assume the role of CEO as well as continuing his position as president.
Lanoha will succeed Bruce Grewcock on January 1, 2020 who is stepping down after 15 years at the helm.
Grewcock will continue his role chairman of the board of directors.
He said: “The Kiewit organization and leadership team are as strong as they have ever been. Rick has done an outstanding job as president and COO and is fully prepared to take on CEO responsibilities in 2020.”
