The Good Samaritan Society (GSS) is looking for “innovative and creative” proposals for their 380,000sq ft site in Stewarts Greens, west Edmonton.
Under the plans, 226 long-term care spaces and 60 designated supportive living spaces will be built – with GSS potentially looking to increase this capacity prior to the start of the project.
The site will also include space for retail opportunities that are in keeping with development’s ethos.
The deadline for proposals closes January 24 2020.
