Colorado preps legal support RFP

The High-Performance Transportation Enterprise (HPTE) is to issue a request for proposals (RFP) for legal support.

HPTE, a division of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing P3 Counsel, TIFIA Loan, Bond, or Disclosure counsel services, dispute resolution, and other services generally for HPTE activities for the next five years.

The three/four firms selected by the HPTE may be asked to assist, as necessary, with the US Department of Transportation TIFIA Program loan process, as bond counsel or as disclosure counsel in connection with any projects undertaken by the HPTE.

It is anticipated that this solicitation will be released around February 5, 2020.
