The multilateral is seeking a law firm specializing in P3s to develop content and update sector-specific information for the PPPLRC, an online portal launched in 2006 containing legal materials on good practices in P3s to support governments and practitioners.
Backed by PPIAF, the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and the African Development Bank (AfDB), the PPPLRC provides laws, regulations, toolkits, contracts, risk matrices and checklists on P3s.
The law firm will focus on the energy, information and communication technology and transport sections to be published in April 2020.
The winner will conduct an overview of the regulatory and contractual environment for private investment in generation, transmission and distribution, transport sub-sectors, net neutrality, infrastructure investment, network and services separation, among other areas.
The World Bank expects the assignment to start on December 10.
Responses are due by November 21.
