NH solicits P3 proposals

New Hampshire has launched a call for P3 proposals.

The Public-Private Partnership Infrastructure Oversight Commission and the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) are soliciting proposals on projects which could be delivered under the design, build, finance, operate and maintain model as well as an option without finance.

Letters of interest are due by January 4.

The Public-Private Partnership Infrastructure Oversight Commission will review and evaluate proposals at its next meeting on January 9.

The commission will recommend feasible projects to NHDOT commissioner Victoria Sheehan and support the department as an advisory board in developing requests for proposals and procuring the projects.

The solicitation marks the second round of project proposals, following an initial call in November last year.
