Consultants sought for Brazil schools P3

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has issued a request for expressions of interest for consultants to structure an education P3 scheme in Brazil.

The IFC is seeking technical advisors to develop a P3 scheme for the modernization and maintenance of school facilities for children of up to 11 years old.

Consultants will initially conduct technical due diligence and carry out pre-market sounding, before putting forward proposals on how to structure the transaction for the scheme.

Each school in the scheme is expected to have its own request for proposals.

The World Bank intends to finance the assignment.

Consultants have until 18 December to submit responses.
