Strong interest in CSU P3

Industry stalwarts are among those eyeing California State University (CSU), Fresno’s P3 project, P3 Bulletin understands.

As previously reported CSU held an additional industry day for its Central Utility Plant Replacement Project as the university was unable to accommodate all individuals that expressed interest in attending the pre-proposal conference on November 2.

The 80+ industry representatives in attendance at the pre-proposal conference on campus have now emerged.

Firms represented include: Ameresco, Arup, Brookfield Financial, Burns & McDonnell, Citiqroup, Enqie, Fengate, Goldman Sachs, Plenary Group, Siemens, SNC-Lavalin, Johnson Controls, KeyBanc, Kiewit, Veolia, WorleyParsons, Barclays, Ullico and Meridiam.

A partner will design, build, finance and maintain the central heating and cooling plant, deliver ancillary infrastructure and implement various energy efficiency upgrades across the campus.

Statements of qualifications are due by December 3 with clarifications due by today, November 28.

JLL and P2S are advising the university.
