The New York State Thruway Authority is seeking proposals for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of 27 Service Areas on the superhighway system.
The authority has revealed the firms in attendance at the pre-proposals conference in Albany earlier this month, which was not webcasted.
They include: 3i, Aecom, Applegreen, Barclays, CIBC, Delaware North, Drexel Hamilton, Fahs Construction, ING Capital, John Laing, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Macquarie Capital, Morgan Stanley, Nexus Infrastructure Capital Management, Oaktree Capital, Parker Infrastructure Partners, Rubicon Infrastructure Advisors, Sodexo, Stantec, Star America and WSP.
Representatives of McDonald’s were also in attendance, which currently operates 11 of the service areas under an operating agreement to expire on December 31, 2022.
Proposals are due by February 11, 2019.
