Patrick Dolan will be based in BLG’s Toronto office and will focus on P3 projects and construction contracts, including joint venture agreements, and complex design and supply contracts.
Prior to joining BLG, Dolan was general counsel at construction firm ACS, where he worked on a number of significant P3 projects, including the Eglinton Crosstown light rail scheme, Montreal’s Champlain Bridge project and the Northeast Anthony Henday Drive highway project in Edmonton.
"Our clients will benefit from Patrick’s range of experience working on many of the country’s major infrastructure projects," said Frank Callaghan, BLG’s national group head, corporate and capital markets. "Having been in the general counsel role he understands the needs of clients and the challenges they face."
