Advisor sought for Nova Scotia P3

Advisory services are sought for two health P3 projects in Nova Scotia.

The government has issued a request for proposals (RFP) on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal for legal advisory services.

The two design-build-finance-maintain (DBFM) procurements are part of the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre Redevelopment Project.

Under the plans, the advisor will lead the development and drafting of the DBFM, RFPs, project agreements and any other legal document as needed by the Province. The successful proponent will provide legal advice and manage all legal documentation to final award, commercial and financial close.

Submissions are due by November 27, 2018.

The authority will issue two separate requests for qualifications for the Halifax Infirmary site expansion and Community Outpatient Centre on the Bayer Lake site between November and December 2018.
