Associate vice president Tanya Langman is based in the firm’s New York City office and works with transportation clients throughout the country.
Prior to joining HNTB, Langman served as director, global infrastructure and project finance – transportation, at Fitch Ratings in New York. In that role, she was sector head of US toll roads and provided analysis covering debt issued by public authorities and P3s.
Additionally, she was lead analyst for standard toll roads and managed lanes, including greenfield projects and brownfield/operating facilities under user-pay and availability payment financings.
