The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is requesting proposals for real estate advisory and asset management services, including P3.
The consultant will evaluate and advise potential developer or P3 proposals, terms and conditions, and options that are submitted for USNH consideration. Other services include real estate analysis, financial analysis, brokerage and project management.
USNH has 32,000 enrolled students annually across its institutions: the University of New Hampshire – Durham; the University of New Hampshire School of Law; the University of New Hampshire at Manchester; Plymouth State University; Keene State College; and Granite State College.
Bids are due by November 14, 2018, with questions due by October 31. The contract is to be awarded in December.
Meanwhile, Michigan’s Lake Superior University is to select legal counsel and financial advisors for its $50m P3 housing program by November 16. Proposals from development partners are due the same day, with a shortlist to be identified by November 28 and a winner selected in December.
