Sheridan College and Infrastructure Ontario have awarded a fixed-price contract to Sheridan Creative Partnership to design, build and finance the expansion of the Sheridan College Hazel McCallion Campus (HMC) in Mississauga.
The Sheridan Creative Partnership team includes Bondfield Construction, Moriyama & Teshima Architects/Montgomery Sisam Architects and Rocklynn Capital.
The contract is for a fixed price of $67.3m. The project is due to be completed in summer 2016. The 220,000sq ft facility will accommodate up to 3,200 additional full-time students, for a total enrolment of approximately 5,500 students. For more information click here.
Bondfield has won three P3 contracts in Ontario in the last three months, including Cambridge Memorial Hospital P3 and the Hawkesbury & District General Hospital, both of which were procured under the Build-Finance model.
