Under the plans, the government is considering new deals to further develop the Montreal Metro, new bridge projects and a new dedicated lanes project for the P9 road.
In addition, new tunnelling P3s could be in the offing, as well as the development of educational facilities in Montreal.
“We have something like 60 projects that are being understudied in the province, so eventually we will have to foster and help them to decide to on procurement formulas,” said Mario Deschamps, strategic consultant to the CEO of Infrastructure Quebec.
