The government has launched the tender for the PPP project covering Routes 21 and 24. The project was approved in 2011 and will provide improved access to Nueva Palmira Port.
The concession period is 24 years and based on availability payments. While no value has been released the total is expected to cost over $200m.
Bids are due by 30 December 2014 and will be opened on 30 January 2015.
